Why? It might be okay, but definitely takes a lot of time and more effort - also, any new studio, of course, wouldn't be known. Buying a distinguished, or an already running company, comes with the benefit of already having staff, games and a building.
Ali .. well, if the deal says make Halo for 10 years, why would MS allow them to make anything else and break the contract?
I'm not sure about the most ambitious, though certainly what they claim you can do in the game sounds pretty impressive. It really comes down to execution, though. I didn't care too much for the first or second game, but I am rather excited to give this one a go..
I'm not even sure how any of that translates.. So he doesn't know what a cross dressing show is, so that means he doesn't know what a video game might be?

Why? Why does everyone always need gameplay months and months in advance? If it releases in December, that's still 6 months away - plenty of time to show lots of gameplay.
I don't even think Nintendo is holding Nintendo back - why, cause they are super powerful consoles? They are doing they're own thing and doing it well.
I laugh at anyone who says this gens games look like last gen games. Sound ridiculous.

But I'm sure there are people who don't know what the Switch even is. It could be a selling point for those people.
It would be cool if these other companies would put a (at the least) small battery inside of them. If for anything, just to safely shut off the system.

Sega - I would argue that requiring Steam would be a system requirement...
You need Steam to run the game. That's a requirement.. on your system... that may change.
Considering they will probably charge $60 for each episode, too. ;)
How is it a smart decision? Regardless, there are millions who tune in to E3. If they just didn't have the quantity of things to show, that's fine.. that's understandable. But, if they have the content (and im sure they do) I don't see how it's a good idea to skip out on it.
I'm sure there are people who know what E3 is, that don't get on this site and don't know what Sony's press conferences are.. I'm sure it's cheaper for them n...

Kung Fu Chaos was brilliant. I have some great memories with that game.. fantastic fun game.
What's disappointing is everyone bashing a game they know little about. It's a game they wanted to create (and apparently are working on another title, too...) and MS is letting them create what they want. I don't see the problem here. I'll definitely give it a go.

Parasidious - What are you on about? Psychonauts 2, Forza 4, Minecraft, SoD2 and Bleeding Edge all had gameplay. That's just off the top of my head. They even showed off Obsidians new game, while it's not a 1st party game, it's cool they still let them show off their game. Why show Halo, when they announced it would arrive with the next xbox - next Christmas. It'll show at next E3. There is Gears of War 5 game-play.
